Tracy Childs & Patty Diercks Founder and Co-Directors

Tracy is PlantDiego’s founder. She’s a teacher, co-author and co-founder of Tracy’s Real Foods. She has a passion for creating healthy, delicious recipes and sharing tips on making whole plant foods taste delicious!

Patty joined PlantDiego for her health but has stayed for the camaraderie of the vegan community. As co-director, she wants to promote plant-based eating to help decrease our carbon footprint and to help the San Diego community become healthier.
